Join our paid three-day in-person work experience programme on 27th October 2026 where you’ll be immersed into our Tax team.</span></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">A career in tax is more than just becoming a tax adviser, you’ll be part of Team Tax, diving into the intricate world of tax laws, both in the UK and internationally, applying them into real-life solutions for our clients, help clients save money, mitigate tax risks, navigate the complex landscape of reporting requirements and help create value.  </span></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">Our business areas within Team Tax includes VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances and Tax Investigations. </span></p><p><span style="color: #00B0F0">During our three-day programme, you’ll:</span></p><ul><li><span style="color: #63666A">Attend insight sessions across Tax.</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Participate in group sessions developing your skills such as communication and teamwork.</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Participate in networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability sessions.</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Hear from our current students and learn about their career journeys so far.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color: #63666A">This is a great opportunity to gain insight into professional services and the chance to accelerate your recruitment process with RSM for a degree-apprenticeship in Tax.   </span><br><br><strong><span style="color: #00B0F0">What we are looking for:</span><br><br><span style="color: #63666A"></span></strong><span style="color: #63666A">Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If that sounds like you and you are looking for relevant hands-on work experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!<br><br>We value diverse experiences and perspectives. To be eligible, you’ll need to:</span></p><ul><li><span style="color: #63666A">Be in Year 12 or 13.</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Be predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification.</span></li><li><span style="color: #63666A">Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color: #63666A">The start date for our three-day work experience programme is 27th October 2026. Successful candidates must be available to attend their confirmed office for the full duration of the programme.<br><br>Please note - although this role requires 112 UCAS points (predicted/obtained). We are aware that you may have not obtained your predicted grades yet, if that is the case, please state 112 UCAS points in your application and complete the education section as best you can.</span><strong><span style="color: #63666A"><br></span></strong></p><p><strong><br><span style="color: #00B0F0">Our work experience recruitment process:</span> <br></strong></p><p><strong></strong><span style="color: #63666A">During your recruitment process, you’ll need to complete an online application followed by an online assessment which includes numerical reasoning. If your online assessment is successful, you’ll be invited to the service line job simulation. This is specific to the role you’ve applied for and will be a combination of a video and written interview. This will take 45 minutes, and you must complete it within seven days.    </span></p><p><span style="color: #63666A">Please note, after the recruitment process is finalised if your first preference is not available, we will offer you a suitable alternative.
