Our Opportunity

Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 7D/7N/14R

 As a Fixed Plant Fitter at Iron Bridge's project, your expertise will be essential in maintaining and optimising our processing equipment  critical to our operations, ensuring they operate efficiently and in alignment with our ambitious sustainability goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all assets to operational capacity whilst consistently striving to increase process efficiency 
• Demonstrate behaviours that align with the Fortescue values 
• Comply with Zero Harm principles on a daily basis
• The ability to follow processes and procedures
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues

Qualifications and Experience

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
• Experience working within a Fixed Plant (dry and wet plant) processing environment 
• Familiarity and background in working with pumps
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
