Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our Workers Compensation Claims team in a role where your work truly matters.
You'll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and play a key role in supporting people through challenging times.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Darwin, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers
Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in line with the Return to Work Act 1986 (NT)
Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support
