In this role, you'll:
Working within our Strategic Investments and Delivery Team at Trainlink, the primary purpose of our Financial Modelling and Insights Lead position is to take responsibility to provide specialist financial impacts, insights and decision support to NSW Trainlink. The role acts as a subject matter expert in financial analysis, modelling, and business partnering, enabling leaders to understand cost drivers, evaluate funding options, and optimise the financial sustainability of programs and services.
The role translates complex financial data into actionable insights, ensures alignment with central agency requirements, and contributes to continuous improvement in financial management practices across the organisation.
About you
You will partner with divisional leaders and stakeholders to provide expert financial insights, advice, and options analysis that inform operational and strategic decision-making.
