You bring strong role-related expertise and sharp thinking, and you’re motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor.

You're humble and collaborative; turn zero‑to‑one ideas into real products, and you “get stuff done” end-to-end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you’ll tackle complex, high‑visibility problems with exceptional teammates and grow your career as we build the future of global banking. If that sounds like you, let’s build what’s next.

Who you are

As a Solutions Architect within the Solutions Engineering team, you will work closely with our commercial leaders, regional GMs, CTO, Product leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape winning technical strategies for our most strategic enterprise clients. You will lead the full pre-sales discovery process, translate complex requirements into scalable architectural designs, and guide customers in unlocking the full value of Airwallex’s technology. This role places a strong emphasis on technical solutioning, executive engagement, and GTM enablement while maintaining hands-on, engineering-level involvement where needed to drive customer success.

Beyond architecture and advisory, you will also take ownership of the end-to-end integration journey for high-impact strategic accounts, ensuring that the solutions you design are implemented correctly, on time, and in alignment with best practices. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will support customers through their technical onboarding, troubleshoot complex API interactions, and ensure seamless integration outcomes.
