Le poste :

Servier Canada est actuellement à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire, finance qui jouera un rôle clé au sein de l’organisation. Vous serez en charge des aspects fiscaux, vous contribuerez activement à l’analyse des activités et soutiendrez les clients internes dans le suivi des résultats, la préparation des prévisions, des budgets et des plans stratégiques. En tant que véritable partenaire d’affaires, vous aurez l’occasion d’aller bien au‑delà des chiffres en collaborant étroitement avec vos collègues et en participant à des projets variés ayant un impact direct sur les opérations quotidiennes et la performance globale de Servier Canada.

Vos responsabilités clés :

Fiscalité et impôts :

• Préparation des déclarations fiscales, incluant les crédits d’impôts recherche et développement, gestion des obligations liées aux impôts et maintien des relations avec les autorités fiscales.
• Préparation des différentes analyses et rapports requis pour tous les aspects de prix de transfert.
• Enregistrement, calcul et suivi de la dépense d’impôts incluant le calcul et la comptabilisation des actifs/passifs d’impôts futurs.

Conformité et audit:

• Participer à des vérifications (statutaires, internes et fiscales).
• Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'application des contrôles internes, à la conformité des groupes financiers et aux procédures financières.

Planification et analyse financière:

• Fournir des analyses financières et des conseils sur les plans, les objectifs et les moteurs d'affaires.
• Participer à la préparation des budgets de la filiale et évaluer la performance financière en ce qui concerne les objectifs opérationnels, les budgets et les prévisions.
• Préparer les projections de trésorerie.
• Assurer la conformité des clôtures et des rapports financiers, conformément aux exigences et aux normes GAAP du groupe et locales.

Partenariats et projets spéciaux:

• Participer aux discussions et négociations avec les partenaires d'affaires. Participer à la révision des contrats, en veillant à ce que les conditions soient alignées avec les objectifs et normes de l'entreprise.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

• Formation : Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance, avec un titre CPA.

• Expérience : Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en finance, comptabilité (une expérience en pharmaceutique est un atout)

• Expertise : Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de la suite Office et si possible du logiciel SAP.

• Agilité: capacité à gérer efficacement des échéances serrées et à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement en constante évolution.

• Langues : Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et français (oral et écrit)

The Role:
Servier Canada is currently seeking a Finance, Manager who will play a key role within the organization. You will be responsible for tax-related matters, actively contribute to business activity analysis, and support internal clients in monitoring results, preparing forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. As a true business partner, you will have the opportunity to go well beyond the numbers by working closely with your colleagues and participating in various projects that have a direct impact on Servier Canada’s daily operations and overall performance.

You will be responsible for:

Taxation & Income Taxes:

• Preparation of tax returns, including research and development tax credits, management of tax-related obligations, and maintaining relationships with tax authorities.
• Preparation of various analyses and reports required for all aspects of transfer pricing.
• Recording, calculation, and monitoring of income tax expenses, including the calculation and accounting of deferred tax assets and liabilities.

Compliance & Audit:

• Participate in audits (statutory, internal, and tax).
• Contribute to the implementation and application of internal controls, financial group compliance, and financial procedures.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Provide financial analyses and guidance on business plans, objectives, and key performance drivers.
• Participate in the preparation of the subsidiary’s budgets and assess financial performance against operational objectives, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance of financial closings and reporting in accordance with group and local GAAP requirements and standards.

Partnerships and Special Projects:

• Participate in discussions and negotiations with business partners.
• Take part in contract reviews, ensuring that terms are aligned with the company’s objectives and standards.

Profile We Are Looking For:

You are a strategic, energetic, and self-driven individual, recognized for your ability to lead through influence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA designation
• Experience: More than 7 years of experience in finance or accounting (experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset).
• Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, and ideally experience with SAP.
• Agility: Ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and solve problems in a constantly evolving environment.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
