Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partnering

Your New Role 

As a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Finance Business Partnering, you will play a key role in shaping financial insight and decision-making across the Fund.  You will work with Enterprise stakeholders to unpack complex problems, challenge assumptions, and translate data into clear, decision-ready insights that drive better member outcomes.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Delivery of accurate and timely monthly financial management reporting as well as ad hoc reporting including commentary.

• Ensure the effective monitoring of financial position and provide advice on meeting financial plans.

• Build trusted relationships with the Enterprise leadership teams to ensure clear and open lines of communication.

• Collaborate with the Domains to develop, refine, and execute financial strategies that align with the fund’s objectives.

• Contribute to annual planning and multi-year forecasting, including scenario analysis.

• Support the identification of efficiency opportunities and improved resource allocation.

• Improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes, including automation and use of data tools.

• Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled analysis and insights.

What You’ll Need   

• Previous experience of a minimum of 5+ years in a related role (Finance partnering, financial modelling, consulting, actuarial).

• Developed influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)

• Experience with Power BI, Python and/or other analytical and data visualisation tools.

• Knowledge of the Superannuation and/or Financial Services industries is desirable.
