About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
The Manager, Technical Integration & Process Engineering is responsible for leading ACC’s technical integration and process engineering capability, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable and reusable integration services and mature engineering practices that enable faster, safer and more effective change.
Reporting to the Head of Technology and Platforms, this newly created leadership role provides people, technical and delivery leadership across integration development, integration platforms, enterprise business rules and process engineering. You will partner across digital, architecture, data, security and business teams to strengthen engineering capability, operational performance, automation, customer outcomes and the stability of ACC’s core systems and data flows, while contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $193,771 - $213,148 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
