About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
• Conducting vehicle inspections and preparing repair recommendations
• Completing warranty and repair documentation accurately
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Participating in ongoing BYD technical training and development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A qualified Automotive Technician trade certificate
• Experience in dealership or automotive workshop environments
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A current and valid driver's licence
