DDH1 Drilling is seeking experienced Driller's Offsiders to join our specialised engineering drilling division across Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Drillers on large diameter, directional, mud rotary and air hammer drilling projects while operating modern equipment in a safe, supportive team environment.

About the Role

As an Experienced Driller's Offsider, you will assist the Driller with the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment while supporting specialised engineering drilling projects across a range of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the safe operation of large diameter, directional, mud rotary and air hammer drilling rigs
• Complete daily inspections, housekeeping and preventative maintenance
• Prepare and handle drilling rods, tools and equipment
• Assist with rig mobilisation, set-up and pack-down
• Maintain drilling fluids and support drilling operations
• Follow company and site safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with the Driller and wider crew to ensure safe and efficient operations

About You

• Previous experience working as a Driller's Offsider in mining or exploration drilling
• Exposure to large diameter, directional, mud rotary or air hammer drilling is highly regarded
• Current HR Licence or above
• Current First Aid Certificate
• National Police Clearance
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Physically fit and able to work in remote FIFO environments
• Desirable tickets include Dogging, Front End Loader, Telehandler, and any other relevant work licences.
