To support Tauranga’s growth and maintain safe, high-quality development, we’re growing our Building Services team. If you’re an experienced Building Control Officer – Processing, with a National Competency Assessment System (NCAS) competency in Residential or Commercial work and are looking for a new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Building Control Officer – Processing, you’ll assess and certify building consent applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the Building Act 2004. You’ll review plans and documentation, provide clear technical advice to customers, and ensure decisions are made accurately and on time.
