The Manager of Desktop Engineering is a hands-on technical position, responsible for the delivery, reliability, and ongoing improvement of the firm’s end user computing platforms. This role owns defined desktop engineering platforms and initiatives, ensuring services are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.
The Manager works closely with cross-functional partners across Information Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and User Support to execute platform enhancements, maintain operational stability, and support modernization efforts that improve end user experience and reduce risk.

Who You Are:
Strong experience with enterprise end user computing and desktop engineering platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex desktop, application, and deployment issues
Ability to own complex technical areas and deliver outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Seven or more years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or end user computing roles in an enterprise environment
Experience supporting OS upgrades, security initiatives, and platform modernization efforts
Prior responsibility for platform or service ownership strongly preferred
Relevant technical certifications preferred but not required
Solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and risk considerations
Organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
Project management skills and experience coordinating technical workstreams a plus
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical partners
