You'll provide practical guidance, coaching and support to help colleagues identify and secure roles that match their skills, experience and aspirations. Through both one-to-one and group sessions, delivered virtually and in person, you'll promote the Redeployment Service, helping colleagues understand and access the resources available to them.

Building strong relationships will be essential to your success. You'll be skilled at engaging with colleagues at all levels, balancing empathy and support with the confidence to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders and drive positive change within the team and across the wider business.

Confidence presenting information to groups and facilitating sessions both virtually and face-to-face
