Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) is a multi-asset class investing group that sits within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) at Goldman Sachs. It designs and develops comprehensive investment management solutions customized to meet the investment objectives for clients. These solutions bring together state-of-the-art techniques for multi-asset portfolio design and implementation and reflect proprietary research and analytics conducted by the MAS team. With investment professionals across the globe, MAS has invested or advised on multi-asset class mandates for some of the world’s leading corporations, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, governments, financial institutions, endowments, foundations, family offices, RIAs and other wealth advisors since 1995.
Role:
We are seeking an associate to join the global Third-Party Wealth and Strategic Partnerships Portfolio Management (TPW/PP PM) team within MAS. This Portfolio Management team is responsible for day-to-day management and construction of multi-asset class funds, retail models, highly dynamic institutional mandates and investment strategies.
The successful candidate would focus on managing portfolio activities related to customized public/privates institutional mandates, MAS tactical tilt and privates building block funds in line with MAS investment philosophy, client guidelines and regulatory constraints. This role is highly analytical and detail-oriented, focusing on managing investment exposures and trading across many asset classes and investment strategies. This is a hands-on, market-facing portfolio management and execution role requiring a candidate with a strong trading background, sharp macroeconomic intuition, and the ability to seamlessly manage portfolios across both highly liquid public markets and illiquid private market vehicles.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $100000-$170000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
