Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Principal Electrical Subsystem Wiring Design Engineer (Level 3) OR Senior Principal Electrical Subsystem Wiring Design Engineer (Level 4) in aircraft subsystems development to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.
As the Electrical Subsystem Wiring Design Engineer, you will be engaged in multiple facets of aircraft subsystem development, including electrical design, analysis, requirements definition, lab testing, data post-processing, and issue troubleshooting. These subsystems may include, but are not limited to, Avionic System Architecture, Cable Design, and Electrical Power Generation & Distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
