The Apprenticeship Initiative Manager is responsible for leading the compliance program within an assigned portfolio of state agencies. This position is in the Springfield, IL office and serves as the main point of contact for state agencies and contractors providing guidance, training, and technical assistance while also enforcing compliance requirements. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading programs while working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction project management and experienced in delivering training and technical assistance and creating/ delivering presentations.
