About the role
This position is a role for financial and operational reporting and analysis supporting the North American Sales Teams - including the development and reporting of KPIs, financial and operational performance metrics, review of customer-level financial performance, analysis of forecasting, and special projects. Responsible for quantitative and data analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations that maximize company profitability. On an as-needed basis will provide analytical support to business unit and country unit leadership at all levels and across the organization.
What you'll be doing
Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination.
Create reporting on Key Performance Indicators by utilizing financial and operations data
Prepare quarterly and monthly reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentation to be used by executive leadership
Prepare weekly and daily reports to support the business throughout the month to proactively identify problems or situations that need attention,
Work with existing software and programs to capture, validate, contextualize, and share findings
Contribute forecasting process and forecast inputs with the team utilizing existing tools.
Work on special projects outside of standard analysis as assigned by manager
What you have
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent in experience.
2-3 years of finance or accounting experience, CPA/CMA/CFA is a plus but not required.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
Very detailed-oriented and resourceful.
Strong written and verbal communication. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Can present results in meaningful terms.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and personal discernment.
Maintain 100% level of confidentiality.
