Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator, you will…

Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
Operates all equipment within your respective department.
Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to learn and participate in operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
Ability to work effectively with others in a team‑based environment.
Basic problem‑solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.
