Job Description Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Supply Chain Finance Business Partner to play a key role in supporting our Tatura Factory and Foods Business Unit. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, you will be close to the action, partnering with the factory and business stakeholders to drive performance, strengthen financial governance, and turn insight into decisions that support cost improvement, capital investment, and profitable growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Factory performance management: Lead weekly and monthly performance reporting for the Tatura Factory, bringing together variance analysis, risks and opportunities, and practical recommendations to support better business decisions. 
• Cost governance and product costing: Provide strong financial oversight of factory costs, production performance, material consumption, waste, cycle counts, BOMs, master recipes, and related cost drivers to help unlock cost improvement opportunities
• Budgeting and forecasting: Lead the factory budgeting and forecasting process, building robust assumptions, clear financial outlooks, and practical trade-offs that support confident decision-making
• Financial control and stewardship: Strengthen compliance and control across finance-related factory processes by improving visibility, embedding best practice, and building stakeholder understanding in partnership with the Controllers and Risk teams.
• Business partnering: Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, R&D, and the wider Foods Business Team to provide financial insight that supports savings projects, innovation, capital investment, and strategic initiatives. 

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in manufacturing finance, Supply Chain Finance, or FMCG, with a strong understanding of factory cost drivers, product costing, and operational performance. 
• Strong financial planning and governance capability, including production cost budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, controls, and accountability for results. 
• Advanced Excel capability and previous SAP experience, including modules such as FI, CO, and MM, with the ability to work confidently across financial and operational data to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making. 
• A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear insights, recommendations, and action. 
• A collaborative partnering style, with the confidence to influence, challenge constructively, and build trusted relationships both in person and virtually across factory, business unit, and cross-functional teams. 
• Curiosity, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify, prioritise, and deliver in a changing environment.

Location and Travel

This role requires the successful candidate to be based within reasonable proximity to the Tatura factory site. Ad hoc travel to Sydney will also be required from time to time.
