This was a standard analyst experience with long hours and constant last minute comments. I built operating and valuation models, updated pitch books late into the night, and helped run diligence processes on live transactions. A lot of time went into formatting and turning comments quickly rather than thinking deeply about the work. It is tough but you come out technically very strong.
