“The move to Glu Mobile was intentional because I wanted deeper ownership and stronger exposure to mobile free-to-play economics. Compared with Warner Bros., the organisation moved faster operationally and product decisions were more tightly connected to commercial outcomes. This was where I became substantially more analytical as a PM. Product conversations were heavily data-driven, and there was constant pressure to justify roadmap decisions against retention curves, player behaviour, and monetisation metrics. The environment sharpened my understanding of experimentation, KPI management, and lifecycle optimisation. The culture rewarded operators who could balance creativity with commercial discipline. At times it could become overly metric-oriented, where short-term performance pressures competed with longer-term product quality, but it was an excellent training ground for understanding consumer engagement mechanics at scale. Managed feature development, event optimisation, and monetisation initiatives across mobile gaming products. Partnered with live operations, analytics, and engineering teams to improve player retention and in-game conversion performance while supporting roadmap execution for active titles.”Browse people →
