Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with our Cyber Security Engineering teams.
This role sits in our Cloud Application Secure Systems Engineering within the Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization.
Why This Role Is Important to Us
This is an exciting opportunity to join an engineering team that is continuously transforming security architecture and engineering into a product-led, customer-obsessed service model. The role supports the delivery of application security, cloud security, and secure configuration management workstreams across the enterprise.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
-
5+ years of demonstrable experience working cross-functionally in a complex IT environment.
-
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional delivery, and align security outcomes with business risks and priorities.
What You Will Be Responsible For
In this role, you will:
-
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, including the management of cross-functional project milestones.
-
Coordinate the delivery of various security workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
-
Track technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure they remain visible, assigned, and actively progressed.
-
Support process compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Serve as the day-to-day delivery interface among end users and stakeholders, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors.
-
Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams.
What We Value
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
-
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to resolve impediments and ensure seamless delivery.
-
Communication: Translate complex technical risks and progress metrics into clear updates for executive and non-technical leadership.
-
Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, risk reduction, and remediation.
