Tech Recruiter

About Fonzi

Fonzi is a talent marketplace that connects top AI engineers with tech companies through Match Day. From early-stage startups to publicly traded tech giants, Fonzi works with high-quality companies building serious AI products.

This innovative approach flips traditional recruiting on its head — instead of candidates applying to hundreds of jobs, companies compete for their attention with upfront offers, giving candidates the power to choose opportunities that fit.

Founded in 2024, Fonzi is already generating revenue and backed by leading venture capital firms including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Boldstart Ventures, and Alumni Ventures.
