Creative Marketing Manager

Curious what SKELAR is all about? It's a venture builder — in other words, a company that builds companies. With us, founders create consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets like EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and others.

SKELAR people build tech products that win recognition from Product Hunt and The Webby Awards, and earn thousands of positive reviews on TrustPilot. Overall, 10+ million people worldwide use the tech products of our businesses.

All of this is possible thanks to strong teams, because our specialists are SKELAR's key value.

For professional growth, we've built an environment with expertise and unlimited opportunities — and we're looking for those who are ready for a challenge.

Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading Christian-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.

Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Producer who will drive creative strategy and testing for one of our key marketing streams on Meta.

• Create detailed briefs for the production team, translating concepts into clear, actionable directions

• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to align creative output with testing needs and performance goals

• Analyze creative performance data to understand what works and feed those learnings back into new concepts

What We’re Looking For

• Strong copywriting instinct — you can come up with a fresh angle and write a hook that earns attention

• Clear, structured thinking — you can translate a creative idea into a brief someone else can execute

• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as part of your creative workflow

• Curiosity about performance — you want to know why something worked, not just that it did

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-moving environment

• The chance to build your career inside one of the most product-rich niches in consumer apps.

At SKELAR, we've built an environment for professional self-realization:

SKELAR Platform. This is the venture builder's operational core, helping founders move faster from zero to one. This way, business teams can focus on the product, while 10+ Platform teams cover functions like Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT, and more.

Networking and knowledge-sharing as part of our culture. Our colleagues include co-founders who've launched more than one business, as well as some of the strongest specialists on the market. This means we have the expertise we need within arm's reach.

Exclusive domain education. We've created our own training programs for teammates to choose from — from a 2-month school for first-time managers to AI intensives and professional clubs in development, product management, and more.

Impact on systemic support for Ukraine. We have the SKELAR Foundation, a charity created by SKELAR people themselves — and thanks to every employee, we bring important social projects to life. For example, we founded the first veteran accelerator in Europe and are building a platform to support veterans at the state level.

An ecosystem for productive work. SKELAR people get spaces designed to inspire results — with our own gym, climbing wall, green Bali zones, and libraries. In spaces where service, safety, and comfort are in sync with our teams' pace of growth, we get a wow-experience and work more effectively.

Care for everyday comfort. Breakfasts, lunches, access to sports training in Kyiv or partial compensation for classes in Warsaw, medical insurance, paid business trips when the role requires travel, and corporate discounts from partners.

We'll share more at our meet-and-greet.
