＜職務内容＞

製品規制エンジニアリング部門の一員として、製品環境コンプライアンス(PEC)を専門とするエンジニア職を募集します。
本ポジションでは、当社のグローバルな製品規制&サステナビリティ推進活動に貢献でき、HDD製品開発部門のサポート、環境影響評価の実施、RoHS、REACH、WEEE、PFAS等の国際的な製品関連環境規制への適合確保などを担当いただきます。
想定している業務は以下の通り。(第二新卒歓迎！以下業務経験は不問です。)

• 製品部品表(BoM)、製造データ、サプライヤー情報の収集・分析による環境影響評価の実施
• 以下を含む国際環境規制への適合性確保:
  • RoHS(特定有害物質使用制限指令)
  • REACH(化学物質の登録・評価・認可・制限に関する規則)
  • WEEE(廃電気電子機器指令)
  • PFAS規制
  • カリフォルニア州プロポジション65、TSCA、その他の地域固有の規制
• 蛍光X線分析装置(XRF)を使用した材料試験の実施およびXRFラボのマネジメント
• 設計、サプライチェーン、コンプライアンス、サステナビリティ等の部門横断チームと協働し、コンプライアンスデータの収集・検証を実施
• 材料宣言およびコンプライアンスデータベース(IPC-1752A、BOMcheck、IMDS、SCIP、GDX等)の保守・更新
• サステナビリティおよびコンプライアンスデータ収集に関するサプライヤーエンゲージメント活動への貢献
• サステナビリティレポート、コンプライアンス文書、規制当局への届出書類の作成支援
• グローバルな環境コンプライアンス規制およびサステナビリティトレンドに関する最新情報の収集・把握

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Engineer to join our Product Regulatory Engineering team focusing on Product Environmental Compliance (PEC). In this role, you will contribute to our company’s global Product Regulatory & Sustainability initiatives by supporting product development teams, evaluating environmental impacts, and ensuring compliance with international product-related environmental regulations including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, PFAS and other emerging requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze product Bill of Materials (BoMs), manufacturing data, and supplier information for environmental impact analysis.
• Ensure compliance with international environmental regulations such as:
  • RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
  • REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)
