• Deliver meaningful resilience risk reporting, governance, and senior management insight.

• Coordinate resilience support during major incidents, recovery events, audits, and regulatory reviews.

• Lead, coach, and develop resilience practitioners while fostering a strong resilience culture across technology teams.

• Represent the function within senior governance, audit, risk, and assurance forums.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate proven experience leading enterprise-wide resilience frameworks and assurance programmes. Displaying robust knowledge of disaster recovery planning, recovery testing, and resilience governance.

A skilled communicator adept at influencing senior stakeholders across global technology functions, with a deep understanding of how technology resilience supports customer outcomes, business continuity, and organisational strategy.

Having the ability to make sound judgements in complex, high-impact situations where risks and dependencies may not always be clear.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience translating regulatory and business requirements into practical resilience controls and assurance activities.
• Knowledge of recognised business continuity, technology resilience, information security, and risk management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide functional leadership for infrastructure resilience, contractors or matrixed specialists.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and capability to operate effectively at senior management level.
