The opportunity
EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Senior Manager to help expand our market presence and lead complex client transformations across Manufacturing, Planning and End-to-End Supply Chain operations.
This role combines business development, thought leadership and delivery leadership. You will work closely with EY member firms and client executives to identify growth opportunities, shape supply chain transformation programmers and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry experience across manufacturing, planning and supply chain operations, coupled with a strong consulting mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Operations Transformation
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations, Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, S&OP / IBP, Logistics or Network Planning
- Experience with supply chain and planning technologies such as SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, SAP APO or SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization
- Track record of managing complex global engagements and multi-country teams
- Strong understanding of operating models, process improvement and digital transformation
- Consulting experience within a leading consulting firm preferred
- Industry experience in one or more sectors: Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Chemicals, Automotive, or Manufacturing & Engineering
- Master’s degree in Supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (MBA preferred)
