What does a Tech Lead / Architect do at PALO IT?

 

As a Tech Lead / Architect at PALO IT, you will:

 

• Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability using technologies such as .NET Core and React.

• Drive architectural decisions, applying patterns such as microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven approaches when relevant.

• Design, build, and evolve REST APIs, including versioning, contract-first practices (OpenAPI), and robust error handling.

• Define and enforce engineering standards: clean code practices, testing strategies, CI/CD, code reviews, and observability.

• Foster a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement by coaching engineers and enhancing team dynamics.
