Dream Job

About EatClub

At EatClub, we believe restaurants and bars are the beating heart of every city’s culture. Whether it's discovering a hidden gem, grabbing a late-night takeaway, or meeting friends for a drink, our mission is simple: help the hospitality industry thrive through smart, powerful tech.

Our platform helps over 4 million customers discover top restaurants and access real-time deals that save them up to 50% off the bill. We empower more than 8,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue.

Recently ranked #11 on the 2025 Deloitte Tech Fast 50! Now is an exciting time to join our team. Initially co-founded by Marco Pierre White and leaders in the food tech scene, we’re now a 200+ person scaleup that’s growing fast and making waves in the industry.

We’re building something ambitious to bring the community together.

We post roles as they open, but we also know timing isn’t always perfect, and some of the best conversations start before there’s a neat title attached.

This is not a standard job ad.

We are not posting a specific role right now. We are looking for the people we have not met yet — the ones who are genuinely hungry, charismatic and good at what they do, know it, and are excited about the problem we are solving.

We hire across Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, and Operations. Across Australia and the UK.

If you think EatClub could be your next move, do not wait for a job post. Pitch us your dream job.

Why EatClub is a great place to work

We do something truly meaningful - we connect restaurants and diners through a platform that helps venues fill seats and gives people a reason to go out tonight. We operate across Australia and the UK, and we are growing fast in both markets.

We are a startup known for high performance, fast decision-making, constant innovation and growth, real ownership, direct access to leadership, and work that matters from day one. We are not a place you come to coast.

The kind of person who thrives here

You will love this if:

• You want ownership from day one, not a six-month shadow period.
• You make decisions without waiting to be told. You move, then communicate.
• You are competitive in a way that makes the people around you better, not worse.
• You have a performance you are proud of, and you know how to raise it to new heights.
• You want to be able to say, in three years, that you helped build something real.

This is probably not for you if:

• You need a lot of structure before you feel comfortable acting.
• You want a long runway before you are accountable for outcomes.
• You prefer managing a process over driving a result.
• You are looking for a role where no one notices if you have a quiet few weeks.

What we hire for

Expressions of interest are open across all of our teams. Here is what each team does at EatClub:

Sales

• Business Development Manager - You hunt. You find new venues, build relationships fast, and close. You are comfortable in the field, comfortable with rejection, and you celebrate your wins. Field-first, high-output, target-driven.
• Account Manager - You grow what is already there. You protect revenue, deepen relationships, and find commercial upside where others see maintenance. Commercially sharp and customer-focused - not because you are told to be, but because it is how you win.

Product&Tech

• Engineering - You just don’t write code; you are thinking of a scale-up solution, care about craft, love using AI and want to work in a fast-moving environment where your decisions actually matter. We value people who are passionate about what they build, not just how they build it. Sydney-based, with flexibility.
• Product - You act as a startup founder, thinking in outcomes, not features. You move fast, make trade-offs clearly, and bring people with you. Zero-to-one experience is a strong signal. Sydney-preferred.

Customer Experience - You care about people, genuinely. You set boundaries, solve problems, and create the kind of experience that makes customers stay, and you always have an idea of how to improve operations.

Marketing - You are creative and commercial. You build things that work, measure what matters, and treat brand as a business asset.

Finance + Operations - You bring rigour without bureaucracy. You help the business run well, make smart decisions, and scale without breaking. Sydney-based.

Our values - not wallpaper

We use these to hire, to lead, and to make hard decisions. They are real.

• 📈 Raise the Bar - Better than yesterday, not just busier.

Focus behaviours: Continuous improvement, rigour, discipline, innovation.

• 🍽️ Everyone Eats Better - We don’t simmer.

Focus behaviours: Trade-offs, mutual value, flywheel thinking.

• 🤝 All at the Same Table - No silos, same goal.

Focus behaviours: Collaboration, alignment, accountability.

Everything we said sounds like your Dream role? Pitch it to us! We can’t wait to hear from you!
