About Jito

Jito builds the market layer of Solana: the execution, capital, and incentive infrastructure behind the network's onchain economy. That includes the validator client running the majority of Solana stake, BAM (a new framework for verifiable ordering, pre-execution privacy, and programmable blockspace), JitoSOL (the leading liquid staking token on Solana), and JTX (trading built directly on our own market infrastructure).

We are a lean, high-density team. Everyone here owns real surface area, works in the open, and ships at pace. The engineers on this team are the people market makers call when milliseconds matter.

Jito Labs is architecting the future of high-performance distributed systems on Solana. We're the team behind Jito-Solana, the leading MEV Solana client, and the Jito Block Engine, which has revolutionized block building on Solana. Today, Jito-Solana currently runs on 90% of stake and 1,100 validators, producing an additional $370M of revenue for stakers and validators on the network.

Your Dream Position:

At Jito Labs we’re always looking for innovative ways to expand our team and bring in fresh perspectives. As part of our ongoing commitment to creativity and growth, we’re offering you a unique opportunity: the chance to create your dream role within our organization!

Rather than applying for a predefined position, we invite you to propose a role that aligns with both your strengths and the evolving needs of our company.  Whether you’re interested in a new area of focus or want to blend multiple disciplines, we’re open to ideas that can help us move forward and achieve our goals.

Here's How it Works:

• Think about your skills, experiences, and passions – what value could you bring to Jito Labs that we may not have thought of yet?

• Outline the role – describe your proposed position, including key responsibilities, goals, and how it will contribute to our mission.

• Submit your proposal – send us a brief summary of your vision for this role. Feel free to include any relevant examples or ideas on how you plan to make an impact.

We're excited about the possibility of working with someone as forward-thinking as you and would love to hear how you envision a potential role at Jito Labs!

Comprehensive compensation package.

How we work

Remote-first, writing-heavy, and transparent by default: most decisions happen in public Slack channels, and everyone's voice carries. We value ownership, humility, curiosity, and getting it done over getting it perfect. Small egos, high standards.

What we offer

Competitive compensation including salary and token incentives, the tools you need to do your best work, and a seat at the center of Solana's market infrastructure alongside some of the strongest engineers in the ecosystem.

Jito is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates on the basis of their skills, experience, and potential contribution, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
