Tech Network

We're all about freelance! Join our Monterail Tech Network

Looking for your next gig without the hassle of hunting for one? The Monterail Tech Network (MTN) is our curated database of freelance experts who team up with us on real commercial projects.

We're looking for Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Mobile Developers, AI/LLM Developers, Project Managers, and QA Engineers to join the network.

What we work on

We specialize in four industries - Fintech, MedTech, HRtech, and E-commerce - and focus on six technologies: Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, Vue.js, React, React Native, and Flutter. We are also working with AI and LLM developers.

From shipping platforms for e-commerce to secure mental health apps, you'll work on products that actually reach users.

Why join MTN

• Diverse projects: Work on everything from fast-paced MVPs to complex, large-scale applications.

• Competitive hourly rates that directly match your experience and skills.

• Flexible, async-friendly hours: Make the work fit your lifestyle, not the other way around.

• A real team around you: Collaborate with Monterail's developers, designers, QAs, and PMs - a community of 130+ experts who've shipped 900+ projects.

Who we're looking for

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Developer (in our core technologies), PM, or QA specialist.
• English proficiency (minimum B2) for smooth team collaboration.
• Freelancers with a one-person business entity (B2B cooperation).
• Availability of 15-40 hours per week.
• Great communicators and team players who are open to a variety of tasks within their project.
• People looking to diversify their portfolio - whether freelancing full-time or taking on something "extra" alongside other work.

How it works

1. Send us your CV and LinkedIn profile.
2. A short online meeting to get to know each other.
3. Technical interview - a deeper dive into your expertise and problem-solving approach.
