• Use customer data and insights to create highly targeted, personalised campaigns that deliver meaningful customer experiences and optimise campaign performance.

• Leverage CRM technologies, including Braze and Movable Ink, to build dynamic, personalised content and deliver best-in-class customer communications.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign strategy, improve customer engagement and maximise results.

What we're looking for:

You'll have proven experience developing and delivering CRM campaigns, with a strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing and personalisation across multiple channels. You'll be confident using CRM platforms such as Braze and Movable Ink to create engaging customer experiences and will have strong analytical skills, enabling you to turn data and customer insights into effective campaign strategies. You'll be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and bringing creativity, innovation and a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
