At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.
About the Client
Our client is an elite, full-stack digital agency and performance advisory purpose-built to drive EBITDA, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance digital fitness for mid-market brands and private-equity portfolios. They manage a prestigious client roster of household names across diverse consumer sectors. Operating with a high-performance "founder’s mentality," they focus on digital value creation plans that optimize the entire customer journey.
About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, curious, and execution-focused Paid Social Specialist to act as a core buyer across a portfolio of 4 to 5 accounts. Operating within a tightly synced media pod, you will report to the Associate Directors of Performance and take direct ownership of the day-to-day media operations, implementation, and tactical execution of high-budget paid social campaigns.
This role is a net-new addition designed to absorb active account operations, freeing up senior directors to focus on high-level architecture. It is ideal for an agile, growth-minded professional who thrives on turning multi-industry data into platform wins without needing to be siloed into a single vertical.
Key Responsibilities
-
Build and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on efficient customer acquisition and conversion.
-
Own day-to-day management of high-budget campaigns ($80K+ monthly spend), including prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+/Smart+ initiatives.
-
Develop audience segmentation, lookalikes, and interest/behavioral targeting; partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on thumb-stopping social-native creative.
-
Creative Testing & Iteration: Design and run structured creative tests (hooks, formats, UGC, video vs. static) to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA, and continuously feed winning insights back into production.
-
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, build reports, and surface actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale.
-
Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms and campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion volume.
