At Garmin we create products that are designed indoors for outdoor activities. We do this to enable our customers to make the most of their time spent pursuing their passions.
We recognize the value of flexibility in supporting employee well-being, work-life balance, and effective collaboration. Associates may work from home up to four days per month, or one day per week, while remaining connected to the teams and culture that help us do our best work.
Our roles are primarily office-based because we believe the best ideas, innovation, and strongest professional relationships are built through in-person collaboration, making regular team interaction an important part of our culture and future success.
We are a global company with offices in the US, Europe and Asia. In these centers, we carry out the various stages of product development, from initial concept to mass production of ready-to-sell units. We embrace a vertically integrated business model with strategic design, manufacturing, distribution, sales and support centers around the world to maximize our value to customers.
With the inReach device, the central piece of our Outdoor department, which connects to the Iridium satellite network, our customers can stay connected regardless of being in the middle of the ocean or over 5.000 meters climbing the Himalayas. The in Reach SOS button saves 7 people each single day.
As a Business Analyst working in our office in Cluj, you will be part of a team responsible for assuring the best quality and customer experience for the Garmin Services and Subscription flows that millions of Garmin customers use. We are proud that our work contributes so much to the completeness of a Garmin product and has the capability to make a difference in our customer's lives.
We are looking forward to meet a Business Analyst, who is willing to contribute in an end to end product development environment, from a Service and Subscription standpoint.
