Oversee employee payroll records and maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation.

Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate with HR and school administration to resolve discrepancies.

Manage payroll-related taxes, social insurance contributions, and other statutory deductions in accordance with applicable regulations.

Review final settlements for resigned and terminated employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely processing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience in payroll operations, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary structures, compensation, benefits, and final settlements.
Good understanding of Egyptian labor law, income tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
Experience handling payroll for a large workforce; experience in the education or preschool sector is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS/payroll systems; experience with Menaitech is an advantage.
