Outbound Sales Representative

At ELVTR, our students learn directly from leaders at Nike, Netflix, Google, Amazon, and more. Since 2020 we've grown into a global learning community: 300+ expert instructors, 200+ live online courses, 12 industries, and 22,000+ graduates who've used what they learned to level up their careers.

We’re looking for Outbound Sales Representatives who get energy from picking up the phone, starting conversations from zero, and turning ambitious professionals into ELVTR students. We need true full-cycle B2C closers who can consistently deliver strong KPIs, take ownership of the entire sales process, confidently ask for the sale, handle objections, create urgency, and directly close for the payment.

Why This Role Stands Out

You're opening doors with something worth selling. Courses taught by leaders from world-class companies make for a strong opening line. You're offering people a genuine career advantage, not a hard sell.

Your income reflects your hustle. A competitive base plus commission with performance bonuses, with no ceiling on what top performers can earn.

Your work matters. Every person you reach could be someone on the edge of a promotion, a career switch, or a goal they didn't think was possible yet.

What You'll Do

• Run high-volume incoming leads
• Confidently ask for the sale and close under pressure.
• Match prospects with the ELVTR program that fits them best
• Handle objections with confidence and close high-ticket enrollments
• Build and manage your own pipeline, keeping your CRM accurate and up to date
• Hit and beat your activity and revenue targets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to give every student a great experience

Requirements

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have a proven track record in outbound sales
• Thrive on high activity and see rejection as part of the game, not a setback
• Can spark interest in the first 30 seconds of a call
• Communicate with clarity and confidence in English, both spoken and written
• Are skilled at objection handling and moving prospects toward a decision
• Are comfortable with CRMs, sales engagement tools.
• Stay disciplined and organized when managing a large pipeline
• Own your numbers and are always looking for ways to get better
• Believe education can change lives

Benefits

• Rewarding pay: Competitive base, performance bonuses, and commission earning potential.
• Remote-first freedom: Work from wherever you do your best work, alongside a collaborative international team.
• Real career growth: We promote from within. Many of our leaders started in individual contributor roles and grew through performance and leadership.
• Free learning: Full access to ELVTR courses taught by industry leaders, plus ongoing professional development.
• Health & wellbeing: Gym membership reimbursement, mental health support, and generous paid vacation.
