Learning and Development Supervisor

The Learning and Development Supervisor is responsible for supporting the hotel’s learning and development initiatives to ensure effective employee development, operational excellence, and compliance with the hotel’s standards and objectives.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training delivery, and effectiveness measurement.
• Manage end-to-end trainee and internship programs, including partnerships with educational institutions, placement, evaluations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate training records, prepare L&D reports, manage training budgets, vendors, and maintain compliance with labor and vocational training regulations.
