HockeyStack is building a marketing attribution and revenue analytics platform that helps B2B companies understand exactly which marketing and sales efforts drive pipeline and revenue. By unifying data across the customer journey and preserving every revenue signal, HockeyStack provides accurate attribution, actionable insights, and a complete view of GTM performance. With ML-powered analysis and natural language capabilities, teams can quickly uncover insights, answer complex questions, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.

We have raised $50M+ from Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others.

We move fast and we hire people who want to win.

Since launching late 2023, we have grown to 8-figures in ARR, process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly, and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Harvey and New Relic, etc.

🚀 Your Mission

We’re hiring a Finance Operations & Strategy Associate to support our Operations and Finance team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll help run core processes, drive strategic initiatives, and directly shape how we scale. You’ll gain exposure across finance, operations, and GTM strategy, with a 360° view of how a high-growth SaaS startup operates.

This is a bootcamp for becoming a mini-COO, future operator, or founder someday.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Solve high-impact problems across finance, operations, strategy, and GTM

• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end: analyze, recommend, execute

• Support company building: financial modeling, planning, org design, compensation

• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams

• Build processes and systems that scale with growth

• Prepare materials for board, investors, and leadership

• Mindset: No task is too big or too small — one day you might model ARR, the next streamline payroll, the next brainstorm GTM strategy with the founders.

🧬 What We’re Looking For

• Background in consulting, IB, finance, or strategy

• Ownership mindset: move fast, figure things out, get it done

• Builder mentality: spot problems and create solutions

• Range: excited to learn every corner of a high-growth startup

• Energy over ego: collaborative, coachable, gritty

• Ambitious: see this as a launchpad to leadership or entrepreneurship

💼 Engagement Details

• Type: Open to both part-time and full-time arrangements.

• Schedule: Must be willing to work within Pacific Time (PT) hours.

• Location: Remote; open to candidates globally

• Compensation: Flexible, based on experience, location, and the scope of the engagement.

✨ Why Join Now?
