Raiffeisen Bank is the largest Ukrainian bank with foreign capital. For over 30 years, we have been shaping and developing the banking system of our country.
At Raiffeisen, more than 5,500 employees work together, including one of the largest product IT teams, consisting of over 800 professionals. Every day, we collaborate to ensure that more than 2.7 million of our clients receive quality service, use the bank’s products and services, and develop their businesses because we are #Together_with_Ukraine.
Your future responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery for your team: sprint and quarterly planning, capacity, dependencies and release readiness.
- Support production releases and coordinate communication and follow-up when something breaks in production.
- Identify and track risks and blockers early, and escalate with proposed options rather than just a problem statement.
- Give stakeholders clear status without being asked. Communicate delays upfront: new date, short reason, impact.
- Work closely with Product Owners: they define what and why, you own how and when.
- Keep decisions and agreements documented and transparent.
- Propose improvements to team delivery processes on your own initiative.
- Coordinate with other teams and partners on cross-team dependencies.
Your skills and experience:
- 2-3 years in delivery, project management, QA lead or a similar role in IT. Experience in a bank or fintech is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and with planning and tracking work in Jira.
- Enough technical understanding to ask engineers the right questions and spot unrealistic estimates.
- Upper-intermediate English.
Your soft skills:
- Ownership: you answer for the team’s result, not only for your own part of it.
- Proactive communication: you raise risks and delays early, before they become critical.
- You can say “let me check and come back” under pressure instead of overpromising.
- Structured and calm when production incidents happen.
- You are open to feedback and give direct, constructive feedback to others.
Nice to have:
- Experience with risks, dependencies and release or production support.
- Scrum Master or similar certification.
- Familiarity with banking processes and compliance constraints.
