Why the Role Is Important: NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Manager to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a Consulting Manager in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal

practice contributions:
Client contributions:

•    Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
•    Develop, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. 
•    Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.•    Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.  •    Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates. •    Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach. •    Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
