Slip Robotics is a B2B Robotics-as-a-Service company deploying autonomous loading and unloading robots at warehouse and fulfillment sites across North America. Our customers include some of the largest shippers and 3PLs in the industry. We build the robots, we deploy them, and we keep them running — and we're scaling fast.
The Revenue Operations Manager serves as the strategic backbone of the sales organization, combining analytical expertise with operational excellence to drive revenue growth and efficiency. This hire moves the company from early stage ad hoc processes to repeatable, scalable infrastructure. Beyond traditional CRM administration and reporting, the modern Sales Ops Manager owns the full revenue infrastructure: routing logic, SLA enforcement, analytics frameworks, tool integration architecture, and cross-functional operating cadences. This person reports to the CRO and partners tightly with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Own sales forecasting, territory planning, quota management, and pipeline reporting — and deliver regular business reviews with actionable recommendations to sales leadership.
- Administer and optimize the CRM , including custom objects, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with sales enablement tools.
- Configure lead routing and assignment rules based on territory, product fit, account tier, and rep capacity to maximize speed-to-lead.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless lead management, attribution, and alignment across the funnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales productivity and support onboarding and training on processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, manage sales tools and processes, and align strategy with execution to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, territory planning, quota management, and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Claude based platform expertise, including admin-level configuration.
- Demonstrated experience at a growth-stage B2B company (Series A–C), ideally in industrial tech, SaaS, or hardware/RaaS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Preferred:
- Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, and sales forecasting systems, plus Salesforce admin certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with RevOps models and the ability to bridge Sales, Marketing, and Finance under a unified data framework.
- Experience building processes from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment, with flexibility to operate with limited resources while scaling quickly.
