B2B Marketing Director

WHO WE ARE 🌍

Creating content that resonates is great — turning that attention into growth is even better. That's what Manychat does.

Our AI-powered automations help creators and brands engage with audiences across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok — at the right moment, with the right message, minus the manual work.

We're 400+ people across three continents behind the leading platform for conversational growth, with AI skills shaping how we build, how we work, and how we grow.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be our first B2B marketing hire, at a company that’s already rocking it. An established brand, massive global exposure, and talent for days to help you do great things.

We’re looking for someone who’s built brands, created demand, and filled pipelines before. Someone with a point of view on how these things should work, and the ability to get them working.

You’ll shape the strategy, launch some programs, and build a star-studded team to take our new product to the…um, stars? We might also need a copywriter.

YOUR FUTURE TEAMMATES

First of all, you’ll be part of the dashing new super unit currently known as ‘Manychat for Brands’. You’ll partner with a new product team, a new customer success team, a new sales team… there’s a pattern here we can’t fully put our finger on.

And of course, the Manychat Marketing team. You’re part of that too.

These people are the worst. Chaotic, opinionated, and just plain weird. You will love us to death.

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT HERE

How awesome is it to build something from scratch, but this time with resources! and knowledge! and a universally loved brand behind you! The opportunity of a lifetime.

You’ll have the freedom to try things, the support to make them happen, and the responsibility to figure out whether they worked. Your ideas will also meet customers. They will decide everything. They are your new boss.

Oh and you get to build your own super team? Pinch yourself to find out if this is a real JD.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build the brand foundations

• Build scalable growth systems (legal made us write ‘scalable’ at least once)

• Create demand and grow pipeline

• Mine the Manychat ecosystem for opportunities

• Help Sales win

• Build a team worthy of Manychat

• Talk about horses unusually often

• More things.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• If you don’t know this, please do not apply.

• Just kidding.

• Or are we?

• Note from Legal: We are.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• You’ll want to have experience building and scaling B2B marketing teams that were very proud of what they’ve done at the time. Their CEO was also proud of them because it made them rich.

• Experience with brand AND demand! We’re in a why-not-both situation here.

• Also product marketing! Yeesh, starting to seem unreasonably ambitious with the requirements here.

• You are unreasonably ambitious, yes?

• Also - be kind always. We’re very touchy about this one.

WHAT WE OFFER

Your growth and well-being are our growth and well-being. You’ll get:

• 📚Professional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.

• 💙 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.

• 🪴 Hybrid work and generous, flexible time off

• 🍽️ In-office perks, including free meals and snacks.

• 🤝 Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events.

• 🤖 AI isn't a perk here - it's how we work. Claude, OpenAI, and more are on by default from day one, and we back teams in adopting whatever makes them faster.
