Stanbridge University is seeking dedicated and clinically experienced nursing professionals to join our Vocational Nursing (VN) program as Weekend Clinical & Skills Lab Adjunct Faculty. This opportunity supports ongoing and future instructional needs for weekend clinical rotations, simulation activities, and hands-on nursing skills instruction across multiple campus locations.
This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of nurses while contributing consistent and dependable weekend instructional support. Faculty assignments may include clinical supervision, bedside instruction, simulation facilitation, nursing skills validation, and laboratory-based teaching aligned with program and accreditation standards.
We are actively recruiting faculty with recent clinical experience in:
- Fundamentals
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Obstetrics (Maternal–Newborn Nursing)
- Pediatrics
- Mental Health / Psychiatric Nursing
Teaching assignments are based on clinical expertise, regulatory requirements, campus needs, and faculty availability.
Weekend Instructional Commitment
Weekend clinical and skills laboratory instruction requires dependable and recurring faculty availability to support student continuity, accreditation standards, and clinical site scheduling.
Priority consideration will be given to candidates who can provide consistent weekend instructional availability throughout the academic term rather than intermittent, rotating, or occasional availability.
This opportunity is best suited for clinicians seeking an ongoing adjunct teaching role and who can reliably commit to scheduled weekend assignments as part of the instructional team.
