Job Description
- Monitor infrastructure and platform health, and produce regular status/incident reports
- Support day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Monitor live event streaming health (CDN performance, adaptive bitrate delivery, playback QoS) and flag anomalies
- Participate in incident response and escalation workflows (e.g., Jira Service Management, on-call rotations)
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and monitoring providers on integration and troubleshooting
- Write and maintain scripts for monitoring, alerting, and reporting (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Contribute to infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and NOC scope-of-work materials

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment where uptime matters
- Fluency in Greek & English
- High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
