As a Senior Project Manager/Engineer Site Development in our Edmonton Land Development team, you’ll help shape the next generation of communities across Edmonton and beyond. You’ll lead transformational multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use site development projects, ensuring they are resilient, sustainable, and built for long term success.

Your Impact

• Lead the full project management lifecycle for the civil on site development, from concept and detailed design through construction and post construction acceptance. These include multi family residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and mixed-use on site private developments.

• Deliver engineering solutions for private site developments; stormwater management systems, sanitary and water servicing, roadway geometry, site grading, and utility coordination.

• Guide multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, technologists, and subconsultants, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with municipal, provincial, and regulatory standards.

• Serve as the primary client partner for architects, builders, developers, municipalities, and agencies—building long term relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and strategic insight.
