Who We Are:

Our team of innovators and visionaries is passionate about pushing the envelope and taking bold risks that inspire people to realize their beautiful potential. With our HQ in Dania Beach and our offices in California and Ohio, we’re constantly raising the bar and evolving to create a more diverse and cultivating work environment.

We develop our digital platforms and promote industry-leading products across online, mobile, social, and retail markets. Integra Beauty has created L’ange and OFIR two leading consumer goods brands that are paving the way for unlimited brand incubation. Our team is at the forefront of emerging trends and we are looking for like-minded individuals to continue growing our company.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, trends-obsessed Social Media Manager to lead our organic strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. You’ll own our content calendar, concept platform-native campaigns, and drive daily engagement while keeping our brand ahead of algorithm shifts and social commerce trends (including TikTok Shop). Collaborating closely with Creative, Brand, and Paid teams, you'll act as the pulse of our community- turning real-time internet culture and performance analytics into high-impact social content.

Duties and Responsibilities

Content & Channel Management

Own the organic content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.)
Adapt brand/campaign/product messaging into native, platform-specific content
Manage day-to-day posting, captions, and channel upkeep
Stay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts

Social-First Campaigns

Conceive and pitch campaign ideas designed natively for social (not just repurposed from other channels)
Build formats around platform-specific mechanics (trends, sounds, challenges, series)
Partner with Brand/Creative early so social isn't an afterthought in campaign planning
Own creative concepting for always-on and moment-driven social content

Community & Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice
Flag customer service issues to the right team (vs. Gladly/CX)
Build relationships with community members and repeat engagers
