-
Keep employee records and HR systems accurate and up to date

Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and keeping job postings current
-
Help plan and run employee engagement events and company programs
-
Help with HR reporting, audits and compliance documents
-
Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve efficiency, and make information easier to understand.
**Your first six months

Start strong by reviewing your goals for Days 30–180 with your manager. During your first week, you’ll participate in onboarding sessions, meet your team, and connect with your cohort over lunch.
-
Join your cohort for Convey’s monthly Foundations Series to build your network, develop skills for your first professional role, and make an impact. The series begins in month one with a dedicated session with our CEO, who will share lessons from his career and why your growth matters to Convey’s future.
-
Lead an Emerging Talent Impact Project. Find a real opportunity to improve something in HR, plan and run the project with stakeholders, and present your results to Convey leaders at the Emerging Talent Impact Showcase.
What you bring

-
0–2 years of experience; HR internships are a plus
-
