About the Role

Backcountry's creator and social commerce programs are growing, and the brand marketing team needs hands-on support to scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

As the Social Commerce Intern, you will work directly alongside the brand marketing team to manage creator pipelines, coordinate product seeding, and help execute campaigns end to end. • Manage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product gifting/seeding lists
• Assist with campaign execution from briefing through delivery and reporting
• Support occasional paid social campaigns alongside organic efforts
• Review creator content for FTC compliance, including proper disclosures and sponsored tags
• Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of social media trends and platforms
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms
• Strong interest in the creator economy and social commerce
• Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on tasks

The people who do best here are builders. They take ownership, move fast, and want to see the direct impact of their work.

• Meaningful Work: You will contribute directly to campaigns that reach real audiences — your work will be visible across Backcountry's social channels and creator partnerships.
• Training & Development:  Build practical skills in influencer marketing, social commerce, and campaign operations with hands-on mentorship from your manager and team.
