Every great app out there deserves to be connected with the right users and the right revenue streams. And adjoe will give this to them.
adjoe is a leading mobile ad platform developing cutting-edge advertising and monetization solutions that take its app partners’ business to the next level. Our unique ad unit Playtime has made us one of the fastest-growing ad platforms and top-ranking user acquisition sources for app publishers worldwide (ranked #1 for growth in the AppsFlyer Index). And that’s just the start: we’ve just launched our programmatic in-app platform in order to disrupt the status quo of mobile ad monetization. Again.
Home to an advanced tech stack, powerful financial backing from Bertelsmann, and a long-term growth mindset, adjoe is part of the applike group ecosystem. A hub of disruption and thought leadership in the app economy, with a driven and dynamic workforce to be reckoned with. Be the next tech-driven, ambitious talent to join our growing teams!
Meet Your Team: Demand Partnerships It’s not just about who you know. It’s about what you know about who you know. The Demand Partnerships team connects premium advertisers with the very users who will love their mobile games. By focusing on building lasting advertiser relationships, this team drives our ad platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users. Whether that’s with our new programmatic ad platform or Playtime ad unit.
What you will do:
-
Collaborate closely with senior Demand Partnerships Managers to seamlessly onboard new advertisers and gaming publishers onto the adjoe platform
-
Act as the primary operational contact during the launch phase, setting up initial campaigns, verifying tracking links (MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), and ensuring smooth integration
-
Monitor early campaign performance, tracking KPIs (CPI, ROAS, budget pacing) to ensure smooth scaling before handing off or co-managing accounts
-
Support the sales team in building compelling pitch presentations, gathering market intelligence, and analyzing advertiser pipeline data
-
Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline statuses, and client data in Salesforce
-
Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Tech, and Product teams to resolve technical launch blockers and achieve partner goals
-
Build your industry network and client-facing experience with a clear path to advance into a closing Demand Partnerships Manager role within 3–4 years
Who you are:
-
You have 0–2 years of experience in adtech, mobile performance marketing, client support, or account management (or a relevant degree with internship experience)
