UTA Advisory Marketing seeks a Director to join our growing team, with responsibilities split equally between Coach and Compari. This role will lead talent strategy, talent buying, and entertainment-driven campaigns for two high-profile, blue-chip brand clients, with an emphasis on A-list celebrity partnerships and broader cultural opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution, has strong relationships across the entertainment and cultural landscape, and can independently lead complex campaigns from concept through delivery. They are digitally savvy, deeply engaged with current culture and online trends, and proactive in identifying opportunities that build brand relevance.
This role will work closely with two senior leaders across the client accounts. New York-based candidates are strongly preferred.
UTA Advisory Marketing - a division of leading global talent and entertainment company United Talent Agency - is a top entertainment marketing agency advising some of the world’s biggest brands. Our team of passionate marketers and experts leverages entertainment to create and execute initiatives including talent procurement, film and television integrations, studio and network co-marketing, promotional partnerships, content strategy, business acceleration, and more.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Lead talent negotiations and partnership management, including deal structuring, contract redlines, and direct communication with representatives and legal teams

Oversee end-to-end talent campaigns, from strategy and creative development through production, content delivery, activation, and results review
-
Integrate talent partnerships with content strategy and product placement to create cohesive, brand-relevant campaigns
